Interesting not many league bowlers are doing this. I do wrist stretches but not all of those stretches, indicated, but may give them a shot when I bowl next week.
Gotta squeeze the core man, that back was like a cats. I didn’t stretch and my posture was very rounded and ended up gaveling there worst spasm of my life.
I always tend to do leg streches and stretches that focus on lower back. That’s just me though lol. I like the idea of working the hands as well.
