  3. any tips about having bowling ball speed issue been have trouble with it. I try to throw my bowling ball speed slower than I throw to far left outside of the 8 board where I try to hit that as my mark for bowling. I need my ball speed somewhere between those two ball speed

  4. Yes low game is a GREAT challenge ! And definitely a mental exercise ! My personal best is 56 (one strike , one spare) ! So i guess i beat you Shannon !! LOL

  5. There’s an alternative to practice your Spares: If you’re in a Bowling center that had Brunswick GSX Pinsetters (like the ones used in several Bowling centers in Nevada), you can just use the Automatic Pin Selecting feature available.

  6. Our league has one game of this every year at the end of the season. It’s really fun, a real challenge, and puts real pressure on each shot. A single miss is very costly.
