Great.. Thank you 😁😁
Mike, I am 75 with an avg of 185+ my ball speed is around 12 mph and I guess I would be considered a full roller. I would like to get a new ball. Right now I’m using a Columbia freeze and an entry level Surge. What ball you suggest. I took a bowling lesson from you about 10 or 12 years ago. Still have the video
Some more slow motion please!
Hi bowling friends! As a massage therapist in this community I see a lot of you not taking your physical body as serious as you could be. This includes, stretching, mobilizing and down right resting/recovering after large amounts of games. In order to get the most out of your physical game, I have found it is paramount to build a relationship with your body. Working with a bodyworker like myself is another way to develope that tactile awareness of our bodies that gives us that subtle edge in this amazing sport!!
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 you ever been to a bowling alley? It’s like a Krispy Kreme convention.. good luck to you.
Inside bowling community can u please make equipment video ?
I cant even force myself to cross over with that step
Watching the footwork, where can I get those shoes?!?
I’d like to try this concept. Is there a type tape I should use providing I get approval by the alley I bowl at?
It has to be a tape the doesn’t leave any residue. Some painters tapes can work, but always check with bathe bowling center first. Thanks for the question!
