  1. The before and after comparison videos are nonconclusive as the with and without wrist weight videos are not synchronized. Does adding a weight to the balance arm create awareness of the that arm’s position in space….absolutely!
Did putting that opposite arm balance weight on to make him aware of that and really made a difference in his physical game without him knowing it.
Watch the video on my channel and decide for yourself.

  2. This is one of those great exercises that help you get more conscious without getting excessively mental which of course more mental only gets in the way of every thing else your doing. I did not find the videos misleading at all?

  3. hi there
    cuold you plese tell me
when and why we need an extra hole ( balance hole ) in a bowling ball ?
googled a lot still havent figure out

  4. can you make a video explaining what we can expect when tournaments say “modified house pattern” I’ve heard its similar to chameleon but with a different oil ratio. Also could you elaborate on what balls would would work best on this type of oil and what to expect when modified house oil breaks down after a few games?

  5. Coaches…you talk about it for 8 minutes…..and the test/proof video, shows absolutely no difference at all ! Does nobody even watch the videos before they are uploaded as “proof” ? I appreciate the USBC bowling academy, but this video comes off as it is trying to make a “subject” out of nothing. I’m not saying the balance arm has no effect on the body. I am only saying that the video you uploaded fails to demonstrate it.

    1. if you are referring to the tall skinny guy, freeze the frames at various points during the split video and you will see that his timing is a bit earlier with the weight on his left arm

  6. Your video did not show a noticeable difference between having the weight on wrist and not. Also usually when people announce what they are going to do. It means you do it after you talk about what you’re doing, not during. Just saying you should change your wording to match what video is doing.

  7. Can you make a video about some sliding drill for players like me that plant instead of sliding because I want to start sliding when I bowl and can you identify the benefits of sliding
